To keep Coronado special Marvin focuses on:

Improving Traffic

Improve drivability by using calming methods on State Route 75 and Route 282 (this may involve taking over the highways from CALTRANs).

Modernizing Infrastructure

Improve the underground infrastructure before it disrupts Coronado’s special feel. We need to head off problems like the 2017 flood caused by a water line bursting. Undergrounding the power lines throughout the city will improve reliability, aesthetics and safety.

Increasing Public Safety

Safety must come first. We must ensure our police, firefighters, and the citizens are prepared for big emergencies. As an island community, it is crucial that we be prepared for the next disaster.
